NOLA GARDEN
The Nola garden is a collaboration with Seed of Life Nurseries here in Frederick, MD where we've got a small plot to grow a handful of the produce we use in specials and infusions. Even though the garden is fallow over the winter, we're still composting our coffee grounds with help from upstart Key City Compost.
