Great Pine was recorded mostly over the Summer of 2012 in Derek's cabin named "Woodside," deep in the West Virginian woods.Its sound is a mixture of surf and folk rock, often sparsely augmented with electronic textures, and features layered vocal harmonies. Great Pine's themes include 2D planes, dogs, arcade games and Earth.

Great Pine will be available 2/3/2015 on vinyl and all digital formats.
