Originally from Richmond, VA, Ryan has now lived and played in the Frederick, MD and Leesburg VA areas now for over 9 years. A trained pianist with a music degree from James Madison University, Ryan plays piano and guitar performing Blues, Jazz, Rock and Roll, 60s Soul and Funk music with several groups including the Junk Jazz Sextet, Big Whiskey, Chris Smaha and Friends and with his own Trio.
